President Rodrigo Roa Duterte is welcomed aboard the Pakistan Navy Ship (PNS) ‘Saif’ by officials of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Philippines and the Pakistan Navy for an exclusive tour of the Zulfiquar-class frigate at Pier 15, Port Area, Manila.
H.E. Aman Rashid, Pakistan Ambassador to the Philippines, Pakistan’s Defense Attaché Commodore Jawad Ahmed, and Pakistan Navy Commanding Officer Captain Shahzad Iqbal, lead the welcome ceremony and tour of the frigate for President Duterte.
The President is joined in the event by Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano, Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, other Cabinet members, and officers of the Philippine military.
